The collaboration with the Dutch Michelin star chef Ron Blaauw forms the basis of the intimate atmosphere and the dishes that are served in LOF Restaurant. Guests can expect culinary high-quality dishes in an informal, no-nonsense setting.

Chef Jasper Maatman and his team translate the gastrobar-concept into original yet forthright creations. Each dish allows the individual flavours of its ingredients to come alive.

Select from a range of medium sized dishes to create your own culinary experience. The menu changes frequently since ingredients are sourced based on what the season has to offer.

LOF’s sommelier assists you to complement each dish with a matching wine. Discover a new treasure, or pick your favourite wine by the bottle or by the glass. The wine list features labels from a variety of acclaimed vineyards.
